What is your role at Radio Ikhlas and what is your show about?
I have been involved with Radio for a number of years. This has included helping at events and charity appeals, with odd show here and there. Recently, I have been appearing on Ali Rashid’s show on Tuesdays, where we talk about current affairs and community issues.
I have started a new show in mirpuri/patwari language on Thursdays from 7pm with co hosts Sajat Hussain and Zeeshan Ali. A show that discusses a variety of issues.

What are the best/worst things about the radio?
The best thing is that is an excellent platform for the Muslim community to listen, share and contribute to important issues in the community and world wide.
The worst thing is when the audience participate. Also, I feel more people in the community should volunteer at the radio.

Favourite show and presenter: Other than Tanvir Akram and Drivetime, I love to listen to the beautiful naats of Haji Zulfikar and his crew during his show.

What is your favourite food?
Middle East dish – Maghlooba – Vegetables – Tuna – Ajwa Dates – Zam Zam

What are you ambitions in life?
to help the unfortunate around the world and assist in bringing a change in their lives.

If you were given £10 million, how would you spend it?
Spend it wisely so it has a great impact on the human race.

What makes you angry?

Donald Trump!

How would you describe yourself in three words?
Honest, reliable and sincere.

What is the best advice you have received?
